Corporate Rates
- Rates applicable to weekdays only Monday to Thursday
- Weekday rates (Mon to Thur), sharing or non-sharing USD$ 90.00 per night
- Weekend rates (Fri – Sun), sharing or non sharing USD$ 100.00 per room per night
- Rates inclusive of breakfast ONLY
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner available. (Menu on request)
Chef Rates
- Chef rates are set per meal per group (NOT per person). (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner etc)
- Chefs are subject to availability so arrangements need to be made in advance before travel for confirmation
- Rate subject to change depending on the extensiveness of the menu
- Rates vary according to the number of people and range between $5 to $20 per meal for the group. Contact Resta Lodge for futher information
Booking Conditions
- Deposit of 50% or agreed upon instalments in USD or ZWG (subject to rate of the day) to be paid to secure booking.
- Cash/ swipe/ transfer / Ecocash accepted. Transfers will incur an additional 3% handling fee.
- Contact reservations for transfer details (bank or Ecocash etc)
- Balance to be paid prior to arrival (14 days) or before departure to avoid delays on arrival.
- Changing dates after full payment is made will incur a charge USD$20.00 charge.
Refundable deposit
- Refundable deposit of USD$30.00 to USD$50.00 be paid before entry (dependant on numbers).
- Full refund subject to there being no damages.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days plus before arrival – Full refund
- 15 to 30 days before arrival – 50% refund
- No show – no refund
- 0 – 14 days before arrival – No refund
OCCUPANCY
- Only the number of guests stated on booking will be allowed entry. Failure to comply will result in delayed entry or possibly result in immediate eviction, with no refund given.
- Limited extra beds. Staff authorised to confirm numbers with booking agents and FULL PAYMENT for extra guests required before entry.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
- CHECK IN TIME – 1400 HRS. CHECK OUT TIME STRICTLY BETWEEN 1000 – 1100 HRS
- Guests may required to show a photo identification upon check-in. A photocopy of ID maybe taken
- Early check-in or late check-out arrangements can be made but charged at $5 per person. If arriving after 6pm please inform us so we make the necessary arrangements.
- No refunds will be made for early departure
INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE
- Guests are liable for any loss / damage to the house or contents or personal possessions, caused through their own fault or negligence.
- The owners are in no way liable to the guest, their family or visitors for any injury sustained, or loss or damage, to personal belongings or motor vehicles, whilst occupying the premises.
