Guests may required to show a photo identification upon check-in. A photocopy of ID maybe taken.
Early check-in or late check-out arrangements can be made but charged at $5 per person. If arriving after 6pm please inform us so we make the necessary arrangements.
No refunds will be made for early departure
REMINDER
RESTA is a self-catering lodge. Please bring all your food, personal toiletries, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, swimming pool towels, insect sprays, repellents.
It is suggested you bring bottled water but the property has a borehole.
Personal food shopping service available at an extra cost.
Pets
Pets are not allowed
Quiet hours
Guests need to be quiet between 10:00PM and 6:00AM
Smoking
Strictly no smoking in the rooms
Children and Beds
The property does not offer extra beds
A cot bed is available on request
Parties
Parties and events are not allowed
Damages
Guests are liable for any loss/ damage to the house or contents or personal possessions, cause through their own fault or negligence
The owners are in no way liable to the guest, their family or visitors for any injury sustained, or loss or damage, to personal belongings or motor vehicles, whilst occupying the premises
Fish
Please note we have no freezer space to hold fish.
Arrangements can be made for blast freezing or purchasing on your way out of Kariba
Our staff are not permitted to gut fish for guests
Other
Management reserves the right to carry out random searches of employees and visitor’s personal effects, vehicles, bags etc. This is done in the interests of security and to protect our employees and visitors.
Soiled sheets incur a USD$20 standard fee for replacement or deep cleaning with an automatic deduction on the refundable deposit.
BBQ or snacks done by our chef will incur an extra charge of USD $5 for the group
Arrangements for meal preparation AND chef hire can be made prior to arrival. If arriving after please contact lodge in advance.
Guests who bring in extra guests for swimming will be charged $2 per head.
